The Trickery of The Devils: 501c3 Churches [YAHUWAH]

Notice:

The author of this presentation will be using the word “church(es)” to represent a group of people of the same religious faith.

IRS Publication 1828 on Page 2 seems to make a difference between the word church and religious organization as follows:

“This publication explains the benefits
and the responsibilities under the
federal tax system for churches and
religious organizations. The term church
is found, but not specifically defined, in
the Internal Revenue Code (IRC). The
term is not used by all faiths; however, in
an attempt to make this publication easy
to read, we use it in its generic sense as a
place of worship including, for example,
mosques and synagogues.”

“Because special tax rules apply to
churches, it is important to distinguish
churches from other religious organizations.
Therefore, when this publication
uses the term “religious organizations,” it
is not referring to churches or integrated
auxiliaries. Religious organizations that
are not churches typically include nondenominational
ministries, interdenominational
and ecumenical organizations, and
other entities whose principal purpose is
the study or advancement of religion.”

The author of this presentation prefers the word “Congregation” to represent the one body of the one faith of the people of Yahuwah.

The First Amendment of The U.S. Constitution:
Freedom of Religion

Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.

What is Congress?

“The United States Congress is the bicameral legislature of the federal government of the United States, consisting of the Senate, its upper house, and the House of Representatives, its lower house. Congress meets in the Capitol in Washington, D.C.” [Wikipedia]

“Article I of the Constitution states “all legislative powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and a House of Representatives.” [Wikipedia]

“Congress has authority over financial and budgetary policy through the enumerated power to lay and collect taxes, duties, imposts and excises, to pay the debts and provide for the common defense and general welfare of the United States.” [Wikipedia]

What is a Senator?

A Senator is a member of the United States Congress.

Please be patient with me in this trip down the memory lane of high school political science, but I just want to make it clear that the First Amendment states that “Congress” is identified in the United States Constitution as the one who “shall make NO LAW respecting an establishment of religion.”

It would be necessary to change the Constitution “before” the Congress could make laws respecting an establishment of religion.

“An amendment to the United States Constitution must be ratified by 75% of the state legislatures (or of constitutional conventions specially elected in each of the states), before it can come into effect.” [Wikipedia]

Senator Lyndon B. Johnson’s 501c3 Amendment

According to the Internal Revenue Service website at:
http://www.irs.gov/newsroom/article/0,,id=161131,00.html

“In 1954, Congress approved an amendment by Sen. Lyndon Johnson to prohibit 501(c)(3) organizations, which includes charities and churches, from engaging in any political campaign activity. To the extent Congress has revisited the ban over the years, it has in fact strengthened the ban. The most recent change came in 1987 when Congress amended the language to clarify that the prohibition also applies to statements opposing candidates.”

This was an amendment to the United States Internal Revenue Service Tax Code, not to the United States Constitution.

As soon as the members of Congress heard the word church utter from the mouth of Senator Lyndon B. Johnson or as soon as they received this amendment in the pen and ink of Senator Lyndon B. Johnson who was a member of Congress, they should have stepped up on behalf of the people to invoke the rights of the people and their establishments of religion as recorded in the United States Constitution and told Senator Lyndon B. Johnson that Congress did not have the authority to include churches in the United States Internal Revenue Service Tax Code because that would be considered making a law respecting an establishment of religion which the Constitution forbids.  However, Congress did not defend the rights of the establishments of religion, but they condoned this disregard by Senator Lyndon B. Johnson for the rights of the establishments of religion by passing this amendment.

The 501c3 Trick

The churches have been misled into believing that they “need” to be recognized by the IRS to receive tax-exempt status, when tax-exempt status is a right granted to the churches by the United States Constitution.  The churches had no need to yoke themselves up with the United States government. I say misled because the churches should not have even been mentioned in The IRS Code in the first place. Granted, the IRS do mention in a few places on their website that it is not necessary for churches to apply.

IRS Publication 1828 Page 3
“Churches and religious organizations, like many other
charitable organizations, qualify for exemption from
federal income tax under IRC section 501(c)(3) and
are generally eligible to receive tax-deductible contributions.
To qualify for tax-exempt status, such an
organization must meet the following requirements
(covered in greater detail throughout this publication):
■ the organization must be organized and operated
exclusively for religious, educational, scientific, or other
charitable purposes,
■ net earnings may not inure to the benefit of any
private individual or shareholder,
■ no substantial part of its activity may be attempting
to influence legislation,
■ the organization may not intervene in political
campaigns, and
■ the organization’s purposes and activities may not
be illegal or violate fundamental public policy.”

Churches Are Automatically Tax-Exempt
IRS Publication 1828 Page 3
“Churches that meet the requirements of IRC section
501(c)(3) are automatically considered tax exempt and
are not required to apply for and obtain recognition of
tax-exempt status from the IRS.”

“Although there is no requirement to do so, many
churches seek recognition of tax-exempt status from the
IRS because such recognition assures church leaders,
members, and contributors that the church is recognized
as exempt and qualifies for related tax benefits.
For example, contributors to a church that has been
recognized as tax exempt would know that their contributions
generally are tax-deductible.”

The truth of the matter is, even if the churches do not apply for tax-exempt status and recognition by the IRS, the churches already know that they have tax-exempt status and the donators and contributors to churches already know that their donations and contributions are tax-deductible because the United States Constitution already recognizes the churches and their tax-exempt funds.

The Church Corporation:  Form 1023
Application for Recognition of Exemption Under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code
IRS Publication 1828 Page 4

“Organizations, including churches and religious organizations,
applying for recognition as tax exempt under
IRC section 501(c)(3) must use Form 1023.”

According to the IRS website at:
http://www.irs.gov/publications/p557/ch03.html#d0e3778

“An organization may qualify for exemption from federal income tax if it is organized and operated exclusively for one or more of the following purposes.
Religious.
Charitable.
Scientific.
Testing for public safety.
Literary.
Educational.
Fostering national or international amateur sports competition (but only if none of its activities involve providing athletic facilities or equipment; however, see Amateur Athletic Organizations , later in this chapter).
The prevention of cruelty to children or animals.”
“To qualify, the organization must be a corporation, community chest, fund, articles of association, or foundation. A trust is a fund or foundation and will qualify. However, an individual or a partnership will not qualify.
Examples. Qualifying organizations include:
Nonprofit old-age homes,
Parent-teacher associations,
Charitable hospitals or other charitable organizations,
Alumni associations,
Schools,
Chapters of the Red Cross,
Boys’ or Girls’ Clubs, and
Churches.”

Notice that a church must change itself into a corporation before it will be recognized under the IRS 501c3. The church must incorporate.

What Is A Corporation?

Corporation:

The churches must first submit Form 1023 and change themselves into a corporation “before” they will be recognized by the IRS as tax-exempt under Section 501c3.  However, the Constitution already recognizes the churches as tax-exempt.

A corporation is a place of business.  It is a place of merchants and traders.  After the churches sign the appropriate form to change themselves into a corporation, the IRS can then treat them like a corporation which means they can be restricted and regulated like a corporation.  The churches have made themselves merchants and traders.

Revelation 18:3 “For all nations have drunk of the wine of the wrath of her fornication, and the kings of the earth have committed fornication with her, and the merchants of the earth are waxed rich through the abundance of her delicacies.”

When a church submits Form 1023, they are saying to the government: “I need you to rule, regulate, and restrict me.”

This form is the beginning of the 501c3 Covenant, along with the EIN (Employer Identification Number) which the IRS encourages the churches to submit and apply for also.

A covenant is an agreement between two or more parties.

The Church Corporation Restrictions By Congress
IRS Publication 1828 Page 5

“All IRC section 501(c)(3) organizations, including churches
and religious organizations, must abide by certain rules:
■ their net earnings may not inure to any private
shareholder or individual,
■ they must not provide a substantial benefit to private
interests,
■ they must not devote a substantial part of their
activities to attempting to influence legislation,
■ they must not participate in, or intervene in, any
political campaign on behalf of (or in opposition to)
any candidate for public office, and
■ the organization’s purposes and activities may not
be illegal or violate fundamental public policy.”

Restriction #1: Lobbying

“Lobbying (also lobby) is the act of attempting to influence decisions made by officials in the government, most often legislators or members of regulatory agencies. Lobbying is done by many different types of people and organized groups, including individuals in the private sector, corporations, fellow legislators or government officials, or advocacy groups (interest groups). Lobbyists may be among a legislator’s constituents, meaning a voter or bloc of voters within his or her electoral district, or not; they may engage in lobbying as a business, or not. Professional lobbyists are people whose business is trying to influence legislation on behalf of a group or individual who hires them.” [Wikipedia]

The churches as one body are restricted from lobbying.

Restriction #2: Political Candidates

The for-profit corporations do not have the same restrictions as the non-profit corporations like churches.  The for-profit corporations are free to use their profits to zealously lobby for legislation and zealously support whatever political candidate they favor.  What this union between the churches and government has done is place the political fate of the people predominantly in the hands of unbelievers who have the financial backing to promote their beliefs.

The churches have put themselves in a position in which they cannot act as one body of one faith to promote legislation that would be beneficial to the church.  The individual members of the churches have been left to fend for themselves in matters of legislation that could have a positive or adverse affect on the churches (if they do not understand how the legislation is not scripturally sound doctrine) because the ministers and leaders of the churches are restricted and limited in what they can say to the members of the churches from the pulpit in political matters.

My Confession

The Scriptures prophesy that there are some wicked candidates on the horizon for the people of the earth in these last days, and although That Wicked One to come may be appointed rather than elected, the author of this presentation has given up on the election process and no longer participates in that process because I do not want to have an active part in putting him in his place and on his throne.  The author of this presentation votes for Yahuwah and Yahuwshuwah.

However, just as Yahuwah petitioned Pharah of Egypt to release His people from slavery, there will come a time when the people of Yahuwah will need to make its rulers aware of issues in the community and aware of any grievances they have, and they should feel free and unrestricted to address those issues as granted to them also in the United States Constitution.

The churches that enter the 501c3 Covenant that do not adhere to the restrictions as listed in The IRS Tax Code are subject to punishments and sanctions.

The United States Constitution’s
Freedom of Religion is Flawed

The doctrine of “freedom of religion” is flawed because it permits “all” to promote and practice their religious beliefs no matter how repulsive and adverse the practices are to The Scriptures and doctrines of Yahuwah.  There will be no freedom of religion in the Kingdom of Yahuwah. However, this is the belief system we have been given by the authors of the Constitution, therefore, the people of Yahuwah must find a way to legally work within this system until the Kingdom of Yahuwah comes.

Your Donations And Contributions To Churches

The donations and contributions that you make to your establishments of religion are protected under the “No Law” provision of the U.S. Constitution and are tax-exempt.  You do not have to donate or contribute to the 501c3 church corporations only.

How To Break The Yoke of The 501c3 Covenant
Dissolution

2 Corinthians 6:14 “Be ye not unequally yoked together with unbelievers: for what fellowship hath righteousness with unrighteousness? and what communion hath light with darkness?”

The churches must repent and break the covenant they have entered with the government under the 501c3 provisions of the IRS Tax Code through the dissolution process.

The author of this presentation is not an attorney.  Please consult with an attorney for the details and requirements for the dissolution of a 501c3 church.

Notice: Someone brought to my attention that I had an error in figures at this point in this presentation, they were correct. I have removed the error.

Revelation 10:5-7
5 “And the angel which I saw stand upon the sea and upon the earth lifted up his hand to heaven, 6 And sware by him that liveth for ever and ever, who created heaven, and the things that therein are, and the earth, and the things that therein are, and the sea, and the things which are therein, that there should be time no longer: 7 But in the days of the voice of the seventh angel, when he shall begin to sound, the mystery of Yahuwah should be finished, as he hath declared to his servants the prophets.”

2 Thessalonians 2:3 “Let no man deceive you by any means: for that day shall not come, except there come a falling away [apostasia] first, and that man of sin be revealed, the son of perdition;”

Apostasy (Strong’s G646 Apostasia)

apostasia {ap-os-tas-ee’-ah} feminine of the same as 647; TDNT – 1:513,88; n f AV – to forsake + 575 1, falling away 1; 2 1) a falling away, defection, apostasy

“Apostasy is ‘a defection or revolt’, from, apo, ‘away, apart’, stasis, ‘stand, ‘standing’) is the formal disaffiliation from or abandonment or renunciation of a religion by a person. One who commits apostasy (or who apostatises) is known as an apostate.” [Wikipedia]

The Man of Sin will be revealed after the churches have given over the authority of Yahuwah over His Congregation to the government.  The Apostate Churches at that time will be ready to receive The Son of Perdition with open arms.

The “falling away” mentioned in 2 Thessalonians 2:3 will be complete in the year 2016. Then the Man of Sin/Son of Perdition will be revealed.  Whatever the 501c3 churches believed before the 501c3 Covenant, they have abandoned those beliefs to be ruled, restricted, and regulated by the government.

Come Out Of Her My People

Revelation 18:4 “And I heard another voice from heaven, saying, Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.”

In this presentation, I have used the word church loosely to represent any religious faith that has gotten itself caught up unnecessarily in the 501c3 covenant because all churches are not of the one true faith of The Scriptures. In the letters to the seven churches in the Book of Revelation, Yahuwah warns the churches that in the last days, the merchants and traders will yoke themselves up with Babylon and the merchants and traders will become rich by Babylon. Yahuwah says to the churches which have made themselves merchants and entered the 501c3 Covenant with her to come out of Babylon or you will receive of her plagues.

    • Thank you, Nathan, I wish there were more people like you because the “The Trickery Of The Devils 501c3 Churches” is one of my older uploads, and no one said a word. I have deleted that portion of the presentation and placed a “notice” there in its place.
