Before I move on to the topics of discussion of this presentation, I want to include in this presentation as revealed in Part #2 of this presentation series another reason why the people in the USA can never OWN real estate property which is “code enforcement.” Code enforcement has the authority to regulate various laws inside your home, outside your home, and in the yard of your real estate property. Some of the laws may require a person to make changes or upgrades that they cannot afford which has caused the homes of some people to be condemned and they are regulated out of their homes. There are also laws such as no growing of vegetables in the front yard, height of fence laws, grass length laws, and due to the “right-of-way,” part of your front yard near the street may belong to the government to do things such as create a sidewalk or extend the road, just to name a few.
