What Is A Targeted Individual?
My name is Debbie and I am a Targeted Individual.
A Targeted Individual (TI) is a person who has been place under 24/7 SURVEILLANCE and HARASSMENT by a group of strangers, but can include SURVEILLANCE and HARASSMENT by family, neighbors, friends and co-workers.

I believe that most of the people on earth are at this first level IGNORANT stage. I noticed the comments of 16 month time frames. Why has mine been for several decades. It is not my imagination. They have gotten so frustrated at times by my ignoring them that they literally told me on many occasions what they were doing to me. They even got very detailed at times. The more I ignore the more demonically frustrated they get. So have they stopped doing this to you after 16 months? Why do you think they decided to stop?
I believe you. It’s real. Mine may have been shorter but I can’t remember exact dates anymore. It was so traumatic.
I think mine stopped after I began praying to YaHUah. I didn’t believe in anything until I was screaming to the heavens for help. After that I got relief.
I also filed a lawsuit against some of the people who were doing wrong things to me because they labeled me as crazy.
I can’t say directly which one was the stopper but I believe it was YaHUah, after I begged him for help.

Hello, i discovered I too am a victim of Gangstalking. Didn’t know what was going on at first. Am living alone and unfortunately lost my job to cancer and going through treatment for cancer recurrence. During the initial covid outbreak I subscribed to a podcast and noticed something strange about the podcaster and stopped watching. Somehow he seems to have latched on to my psyche and his, and now his family wife and brother, have slowly invaded my thoughts, my apt and almost seem to live below as I can hear them talking at night which keeps me up with stress and rage. It’s affecting my treatment, I now sleep on a sleeper sofa because a few weeks back he and the Mrs. have their bedroom under mine. I checked my downstairs neighbor who is a single woman with a dog, so it’s not her and anyway, I recognize his voice. I knew something disturbing was going on but NEVER thought I was imagining it. Am very strong minded but took me awhile to realize this was an attack. My cousin referred me to this site and was amazed how closely he’s following the levels (level 3 now). I thank GOD! read and sleep with the Bible every night which helps so much and brought me closer to GOD. I also can’t believe how prevalent this is with the general public but I feel so validated. A cousin thought I was imagining because of my illness. My son is a TI how do I stop the Gangstalking? I know he is not crazy but seeing him go through this is terrifying he was implanted as a child in grade school he is 30 yrs old now, I seriously need these Gangstalkers to stop so he can lead a normal life.

I just wanted to say, 10 months later, that the gang stalking is worse, and I am closer to my demise than I originally thought. At first I was in denial of being murdered. Hello. I need some help. I am being gangstalked. Everywhere I go I get followed by vehicles or people walking. I move to a different town and the next roommate moved in 2 weeks after and he was stomping his feet walking past me and i was drinking and had my back turned and I felt like a needle hit me in the shoulder as he passed me. I’m fighting back. I researched the person (who is a podcaster anti-Biden and NWO) with a large following who started engaging with me as I watched. I believe he was looking directly at me through his podcast camera. Quit watching and suddenly found his “spirit” lurking around getting into my head and seemed to hear everything I was saying. It got worse and worse. Found his real name, number, address, school etc called twice to verify voice and hung up. He answered, first pleasantly then not so the 2nd time. Placed messages on Gangstalking on platforms he’s on like Gab.com and posted an email I sent him asking him to stop playing psychic games, which he replied “Okay, I’ll try my best” on his direct website but later deleted. Hello. I have been reading these stories on various sites. I am a TI as someone targeted me unjustly for payback. I was once a professional and they are attempting to label me otherwise and the people involved in this are surprisingly in the Healthcare community along with law enforcement and every skilled and professional walk of life against me as I was once a part of the community and am now hated everywhere I go. The attack on me is severe as I have high credentials and experience so they need to really criminalize me to the public and to save their mindless minion hides. I do not make a comment here about virtual weapons and experiences as I have no personal known evidence of such attacks or implants. The Gangstalking at the community level is real and the dumber the citizen the more dangerous the attack. Amazes me that people are this dumb in a free country who should know better than to participate in torture without due process least they become victimized which is the historical lesson here for all organized nations. However, today I hear on the new from high paid millionaire media celebrities that we are a democracy of a nation when we are a republic. The difference lies in the US constitution of the United States wherein all citizens are equal and have inalienable rights as humans and a civil right code for due process. We are the People, the Government. Democracy puts the people last without a constitution to be ruled by the ruling fraction voted in office having no rights to government or to any constitution let alone a human and civil code unless the ruling body states it is so. Who in their right mind would trade such a travesty off for socialism. Someone who wants to be taken care to have food, water, a job, a life without stress? Ask them in china, India, Egypt, Russia if that is their reality. Socialistic societies and people are blighted proven historically to fail over time. The 1% top could careless as they are fat with wealth and power and control until someone equally or more nasty moves them off their pedestal. I am saddened by my experience as I have always been soft spoken and easy going with a analytical mind and rational based in realism and logic. That is our power and we need to unite on a community level, trust in each other, and God as we must help ourselves at this point. We are not alone, if we unite. The Trump supporter will have a different take on unity but the others are right with gathering of evidence and keeping a calm head. No one has a right to do what is being done to everyone especially a Gangstalking, self-serving community, and government self-appointed mafia. We are strong in numbers with a case file. I am not a lawyer but I know someone with the right background will help on this class action. The class action lawsuit for TI seems to be a false path but the right path. Lets consider coming to together in each community to support each other. YES. There will be spies and interlopers but with perseverance and trust in GOD to help ourselves we have a good cause and are on the right side no matter who we are as this is a REPUBLIC still and this will energize many of us to focus on a just cause of action.

Objective of Phase Effort
The main goal of the Phase I project wad to design and build a breadboard prototype of a temporary personnel incapacitation system called MEDUSA (Mob Excess Deterrent Using Silent Audio). This non-lethal weapon is based on the well established microwave auditory effect (MAE). Hello so I was gangstalked in 2017 while I was on the run from a pending charge, and I ended up in multiple high speed chases and other things. I’ve lived a good life on both sides of the law you could say. When I’ve lived on the side most of you would frown upon I lived by a code of conduct. I never hurt children, elderly, handicapped, women, or the innocent. Everything else was fair game due to the nature of this life style. I was recently released from prison this year in 2021 and I’ve noticed it has picked back up again. The gangstalking that is. I understand what all of you are going through. It takes a strong mind and spirit to endure the torment that they project on to us. I have no history of mental health issues and I am completely sane, but I want to mention that the activity I’m experiencing is above and beyond. I feel that when I’m surrounded in public that 80-90% are involved. I see street acting, even scripted events by city workers, police and emergency vehicles flashing their lights, civilian vehicles using hazards on the side of the roads, helicopters hovering directly above me and that’s just the half of it. I have done research and I cross reference alot of information. This is something I like to do because I’m someone who believes strongly in the constitution and true rights of the people. I can go even deeper down the rabbit hole but I won’t right now. I will say this when I spoke of the high percentage of individuals I believed are involved I am not exaggerating, and I’m going to give you an example of what this feels like. I feel as if I’m surrounded by robots/clones/mindless and soulless individuals. I feel almost like I’m in a sort of a matrix or simulation where I’m something of a main character that they don’t understand or I have something they fear or want, and that they are more similar to a program or a NPC in a game. (Non player character) This is what I meant by them being cold like a robot or clone like actions. When I’m driving even when I’m driving over the speed limit they drive faster, or when I’m the only one driving down a stretch of freeway at 3am and out of no where I’ll have 10,20,30 cars come from behind me. Or when I’m at the gas station it’s completely dead and in 5 minutes it’s like a reunion of all these vehicles and activity. It’s so bizarre, I feel like it’s the twilight zone or something out of a sci-fi movie. I’ve even brought others into the light about this and have convinced them of my experiences. Also we live in some very strange times at the moment. I am a believer of God and I believe in Jesus christ, but I also believe in the old testament of the bible. An eye for an eye. And honestly if TI’s wanted to seek the justice that they deserve whether it’s through a corrupted judicial system that’s failing this country miserably, and not all officials are tainted. Or if they wanted to find their persecuters and the low level sheep/minions that have harmed them then there is a way. But for that to happend there will have to be some things that need to be established throughout the community, people who are clueless to what gangstalking is need to be brought awareness and educated on this matter because it is a very real issue In society. In some states there is the stand your ground law where in self defense the TI’s actions would be justified if they felt the slightest of a threat to their life. I’ve read over your replys to the posts and I agree with everything you had to say, especially the documenting and recording as much evidence as possible and not to engage them into any confrontation. But I also believe that accountability for their actions needs to be dealt with even if it means force. This is why TI’s need to open there own ranks and network with eachother to build a coalition of their own. I understand that some TI’s have been through so much that they have no one that they can trust, but that’s why this movement would be so important because it would give the reassurance of trust back to the ones who lost it through the evil acts of these weak plotters that are so miserable with their own lives that they want to inflict hate and rage onto others that they know are better than themselves. I know I have ranted on and on but this is how I feel, and I have always spoke up for or defended the weak or helpless. But us TI’s are not weak or helpless. From my understanding most of us are very intelligent and unique individuals and if we were to truly come together and combine our assets we would be something much more harder to deal with. Hey I live in Melbourne Australia and I have been gangstalked for about 2 years now ever since I broke up with an ex who I believe was connected to freemasons she slept with my friend of 10 years at the time who was a freemasons and his perants were high ranking police officers. I am African from Kenya , at the time I was taking drugs here and there and selling them but only for 4-5 months that’s when I realized in 2019 I was being gangstalked by people and police , one night they pulled me over and said to me that they were good friends with my girlfriend and if I was dating her I said no because I was shocked one night they even planted drugs on my and walked into the holding cell with a pole and made me sign it over but it never went to court all my friends were acting supcicious like they knew wat was happening and they would hint it to me that people were gonna try kill me they also would say things like “wouldn’t mind a good 40-50 thousand” my dad also told me that “lawyers doctors police and business” people would get involved if I didn’t sort myself out I knew what he meant but he didn’t elobarte , I ended up breaking up with the white girl because of wat she did the night I found out I ran to her house and once I was nearly there a helicopter with it’s lights shining on me was hovering over me low in the suburbs… yeah I freaked because her perants used to be worth 20million so I knew they had connects I immediately dumped her and next day I left the state Adelaide to Melbourne , it stopped as far as I knew at first then slowly things started coming back Everytime I did drugs for some reason I would just notice everything and they all somehow knew that I did drugs but not as an addict because I was chasing alot of goals also even tho it’s not an excuse I wouldn’t classify myself an addict , I ended up working and living in my own place and after a few months they would show up to my work and harrass me and say personal information and show racism which made me quit that job because it was alot , I stayed with my mum again for 4 weeks we had a fight and I left to a share house , everything at this share house was okay at first the one night one of the roommates who was Muslim told me to come into the shed for a cigarette he they told me if I heard screaming the other night and he kept looking into the corner of the shed and it was dark he was tryna make me close the door I said no wtf and started stepping up to him and he said you have a very special meat in your body and I was like wtf u mean by that and he said he had something loaded and that they get gifts for bring people closer to God , so I didn’t have anything but my knives so I left , I went back to my mum’s to relax the next day coz I was homeless and she told me I had to go and she said to me these things which were really eerie my car was out the front but no registration and she said “YOU SHOULD GIVE IT TO THE WRECKERS…You get something for it!” And I new staright away something serious was going on she also said to take my old stuff she said “I’m going to give it to the government” but in a certain way that made me uncomfortable. My sister knew what was going on she would know things that I couldn’t explain like how I watched porn and when I left my job she would hint that she knew and she knew why I left also , she practiced witchcraft in the past and it always worried me that she hadn’t gave it up but I don’t really know how she knew all these things , one night she told me “people look at us black people like nothing imagine what they do to us in the dark Eat Us?” Now fast forward I left and was homeless and I remember walking one day and some random was telling out at the top of his lungs “BORN ON THE RUUUN” I thought I might as well go to another state since I had savings and try start a new life , I booked a spontaneous ticket to Sydney NSW and when I got on the flight the flight attendant looked me in the eye and said to me ” We have a few things to tell you just in case OF A EMERGENCY evacuation we will catch up with you later” and I was like far out like this is deep , so I get to Sydney fast forward and I just wanted it to stop I remember asking them if they know how I could “BOOK A HIGH RISE HOTEL” and people looked like they were gonna cry most didn’t care but alot of them looked just like they knew me , you have to understand these people speak in CODE all the time ,they knew what I ment so they told me “Go To The ROYAL EXHIBITION ROOM” so I started asking around the streets how to find it and I remember 2 ladies who were asking for money sitting on the floor and they said to me “GOD DROPPED ME DOWN HERE NOW I HAVE TO GO BACK UP” and it really got to me I gave them money and asked for directions I asked another guy and he said he’d show me I got in a lift and I remember seeing an Police office and he said “are you going up” I said yeah and the guy showed me directions and I gave him some money to , I got to this hotel and asked them if they “Have A HighTop Room available” they said they don’t there but they showed me and said that hotel there. So I went to this hotel and said the same thing and the lady said yes we do and I paid the fee and she looked like she was going to cry she actually started wiping her eyes I could see I took the card and I didn’t know how to use it to go up the lift to my room which was 322 so I told her she showed me how she said “Just in and out” and I said “how long will it be” then she said to me ” the room is the same as the card in and out” so I got in there and I was just contemplating my life and praying that God forgives me for the life I have lived time went by and the room was dark I left the door Abit out because I was tripping in the darkness waiting on someone to come after a while I started freaking out like I should speak to my family one last time , so I left and when. I left she looked angry I said I’d be back , I called my mum we spoke and I told her I’m in a hotel and that I’m gonna go to sleep soon she said to me “You need to give your life to Christ and I know you will shine because these people have real evil in their hearts” she told me to go back to the room she acted like she was worried and she said where are you and I told her my location next thing you know I got a phone call from police in Melbourne Victoria saying they were worried and needed to find me. I thought they were trying to help me or something so I told them and they sent NSW police to my location , when they go there I thought they were there to do the job and take my life so I said I had a gun and they said where can we come In I said yeah , they started asking me questions and put me in cuffs they looked around my room and called for backup I thought I was going to get shot then and there and it would be over but instead when all police came they recorded footage of me but got me to say certain things it looked like a cover up then I remember an officer saying to me “we all party when were young and do stupid things it’s not worth it” he genuinely was talking to me “one of the officers I heard over talking said “you guys do this one I don’t got the heart to” then they left and it was the original 2 officers who looked EVIL ASF and like they were high on Cocaine they had to have been. They were emotionless, they took me down stairs to the lobby and started speaking to each other like “I’m Hungry” and looked at me and was like he’s pretty calm , then a message came in their radio and they were speaking to each other and said “There’s A Protest at the Barbeque Area” and they then took me into the car , I thought I was going to the station but instead they had taken me to St Vincent’s hospital Sydney , I was sitting down and I saw a young Aboriginal boy probs 17 vomiting into a hospital bag while being guarded by Police , they said “He’s calm he’s been good” about me and I hear them wisper “Jimmyetc.. is not going to take it that easy on the other guy” and I was like damn and me and they young guy looked each other in the eye but I don’t think he knew what was going on I felt bad for him and us and he was swearing at the officers a little bit they must have done something to make him vomit like that. I got take into a room and they put me in there and I was freaking but content and calm at the same time it’s a hard feeling I was just praying to God to forgive me , in the room there was small blood smudges on the wall and wat looked to me like fragments of bones or something which made me be like wtf , before my uncle died he told me that “the hospitals eat people (practice Cannibalism)” and I remember what my sister told me after a while I heard the voice of that young boy 17 year old Indigenous Aboriginal asking the officers why they had him and I heard them take him into a room next to mine I then heard him be like “OooOOW What The Fuck” and I am sure I heard one of the officers say “IF YOU KEEP Screaming I’LL Keep Stabbing you” and it freak me out I heard him then sort of be calm and Then He started saying loduly “What are YOU DOING? IVE GOT SCHOOL Tommorow!” Then I heard HIM YELL “AAAHhHhHHhhHHH” then I heard a thump and I heard one of the guys say “Pick him up” I was super sad and couldn’t believe what I was hearing or if I was loosing it but I wasnt. I never heard his voice again after that. Fast forward thanks to God I woke up the next day , they took me to another area of the hospital and I heard them overtalking on the phone about things they were going to do to me they speak in code I asked them if I was going upstairs because that’s what the nurse said to me and they said there’s a change of plans no your going to be staying here for a while and I heard them insinuating to themselves things like they were going to rape me and torture me etc.. so I was like Hell NAH , I started looking for an exit and they were what are you doing and I saw a nurse open a door and I just bolted and they were telling NO close the door but before he could I bursted through it and ran straight out and just kept running until I ended up at the station , I them was like WTF is going on I was looking around and people just looked mad at me , I got on a train and I thought about my family because I was getting hints that if I didn’t do what they say then they would go after my family , so I freaked and didn’t know what to do because this was all very real , I walked around the city for 2 nights and one night I remember seeing a bus it the number was “000” and on the back it said “DO YOU THINK THE POLICE ARE FOLLOWING YOU” I swear on my life I couldn’t believe what I was seeing I was like this is Insane like how I never had seen anything like that before why was that driving around. And it drove right in front of me so I could see it. I walked all day and night no sleep people on the street would see me and they would lick there lips and act weird like an addict who fiending drugs like it creeped me the fuck out. I saw no other black people in the CBD either so it was even more creepy. This shit traumatized me Everytime I would find somewhere I thought was hidden they would walk past and make it known they know where I am , especially these late night garbage truck men they followed me everywhere I went. People looked at me like I was a coward they would walk past and giggle and look upset. From what I’ve been hinted there’s alot of money that goes into this and it must be some weird elite thing like a game it’s definitely something satanic and very evil I saw kids even lick there lips and act rabid like they couldn’t control urges. Fast forward I was absolutely shocked to see what I discovered my whole life had changed and would never be the same I called my mum on a payphone and I was like I’m so happy to hear your voice and she said to me “I Spoke to the hospital They Don’t have a problem with you You NEED TO GO BACK BECAUSE YOU LEFT WITHOUT YOUR BAG.. While my family was waiting, “so to speak… During my mothers passing.
We were in contact by FaceTime and text.
It was a very emotional time for us all!
I jokingly tried to break up the tension and said let’s play a game!
I took my phone and pointed it far left of my Balcony and slowly panned the street and the shopping center parking lot across from me all the way to the far right of my balcony and stopped recording…
Then I sent the video to everyone, and said…

The numbers started coming in..
One said eleven, then nine and then fourteen and then 20 and then…
I started getting messages from my loved ones saying things like, “Thats weird?, or, “is someone doing a “tick-tok lol” or, “Is there a convention in town of 4door white cars?”… “Thats insane”…And of course the main question… “Whats the Number”,,, “how Many?”..
I answered, 37..
I have become so used to this garbage for 13 years now and in that moment I was not thinking about them or their cars or their games. Just my Mother and my family..
I was not trying to catch them. I simply was trying to help take everyones mind off of things for a moment, forgetting myself of the cars implications!
I can’t even tell you all how many members of my family since have apologized for doubting me after they saw that video!
I am telling them all that now is not the time to think about that.. It is time to heal!

I am very skeptical even replying to this because I trust noone. But as I’m crying reading your post I just feel like it would be nice to talk in person with someone who understands I have been tormented career ruined couldn’t open a checking account because my husband intentionally ruined my credit and was unable to protect my kids they were traumatized by all the evil people and it seemed as though noone could ever understand (until tonight) I slit my throat I wanted to die please call me if you want 605-464-1598

You are experiencing demonic attacks through the human host body. All gang stalkers are possesed. This is why the tactics are the same. Your suicidal thoughts are coming from satan. Targets are the remnant bloodline of adam. Formed by the living God. Mankind is the garbage created by elohiem or fallen angels to be host for possession. We have mixed as was Gods plan but the target and the stalker are two very different human species. This can be hard to believe but it’s the truth as holy spirit has guided me to understand. I too suffered suicidal thinking and have attempted many time throughout my life. Its satan in your head. He controls our thoughts and emotions but cannot control us and thus the program was implemented to kill us off the only way they can, suicide. They cannot harm you. They can only harass and brutally at times. Jesus is coming and He is pissed. Believe this and wait on Him and it will stop the thoughts of suicide. Christ is our way out. Seek Him. He can stop them. He is our help. I love you. Be strong. Love you all targets. You are the chosen.
Don’t do it. I can relate. I have thought of this often. I cry everyday when I used to never cry. I too am a good person with a loving heart. I don’t deserve it either. None of us do. I do think suicide ruins us spiritually. That usually plays into things when I think about it. Just remember you are not alone. There is a lot of us out here going thru this crap too. I can’t wait until they are exposed. I feel like it is getting closer. May love and God be with you. And not necessarily in that order.

They can read with much accuracy. I promise you. Not always with accuracy, but much of the time, total accuracy.
Agoraphobic for a year now…
It’s not as bad as the daily harassment I have endured for 13 yrs.
The most heartbreaking part of this whole monstrosity is watching neighbors and everyday people who should be enjoying and furthering their lives…
Involving themselves and corrupting their souls for financial gain or simply because someone spread a rumor that they are too ignorant to ignore!
I use to think that if police were paid more, they would not participate in this senseless garbage. Sadly I realize now that they would just end up being well paid demons with a lucrative side job!
It saddens me to no end when so called peace officers present more of a threat to society then a large number of incarcerated citizens…
And they are allowed to carry guns?
These corrupt officers finally have something on their person that is bigger than 3 inches… they will never be real men!
And as for our police women who partake in this vial game…. 3 inches is all they will ever be worthy of… if that?
As the technology they use is leaked to the public, these games will be harder for perpetrators to play… And it’s happening now!

Everything she states literally in my body feels true. I been stalked since 2018 they threaten me to shut up all the time. If it don’t stop after years it won’t ever stop. Figure out a way to strengthen and control yourself.

It’s the most horrific thing that has ever happened to people. I still can’t believe it is happening. I live a very surreal life at times. I guess my mind needs someplace to go to deal. In the bible it did say that there is a time that will be worse than ever was and ever will be again. I do believe we are looking at it.
I wrote a post here when I first realized that what was happening to me was probably “gangstalking”. A few years have passed.
I’m employed as a truck driver, and I have an apartment in Portland, OR. I’m a thinking person, a musician, and my political views tend to be somewhat progressive.
Since that first post, I’ve had medical procedures in my sleep after being gassed. The use of gas and chemical agents is a big part of this for me.
I have what is likely a brain implant. A DBS device. I’m not so sure if “live long and prosper” is an option anymore.
Followed, harassed, manipulated, etc. Foul odors, actors, gaslighting, etc.
This is what appears to be a conglomeration of criminal and business organizations, local/state/federal agencies, civil society, and partnered individuals. Some say its government or corporate control, or drugs, or political repression. I think that there are a lot of different “theys” in play here, each with their own spheres of influence.
Anyway some of you say this is hype, or that these are illiterate drug addicts that have some delusional belief that they are being chased. This is very real.
This sucks.
A lack of information does not imply a lack of intelligence.

Tell every person you see, Jesus loves them! Pray for those who persecute you and in the Name of Yeshua, aka Jesus, do not change your actions. Stand firm in your faith. Pray for them. I have been undergoing all of these things mentioned. The one thing I haven’t seen mentioned is planes helicopters and drones. Just know you are loved and Jesus will hold them accountable for what they do. I’m no judge but I do k ow Hell is real and it’s a burning pit. They also make money off of filming you. Be very cautious of who you talk to. Most family is not involved. Especially those you know who love you. Be strong. God wins in the end. Fear no man. Wear earplugs whenever u can…
Keep low fan speeds.
Same for TVs. Volume on low.
Ear muffs in the winter to cover earplugs.
Object- to reduce ANY white noise as much as possible.
I’m twitching, feel like im dieing from the inside out. I get weak. Migraines. My muscle elasticity is pretty bad. I have the body of a 70 to 80 yr old woman. I’m 39.
I’ve experienced every symptom except seizure but I feel like my body is heading there. I don’t understand ppls motives. I minded my business. I kept to myself. I didn’t hurt a fly. But I’m tortured. Communicate with them daily. But when they’re nice they’re the most evil. It’s been since 2009 for me. I’m near suicide if they don’t kill me first.
Biracial children should be doused in petroleum and burned alive.
There is a special place in hell for you! To wish that on a child is demonic! The only soul that will burn is your own!
